Over the past decade, Lixander has focused on developing residential communities throughout the Houston area. His deep technical knowledge, combined with strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and skilled negotiation, make him an essential driver of the company’s continued growth and success.

Cinthia More brings over a decade of experience in the residential development industry, with a proven track record of managing the financial, operational, and legal aspects of more than 600 new homes throughout her career. Her in-depth knowledge of financial planning and project positioning makes her an invaluable asset to the company.

As CFO & COO, Cinthia oversees all financial operations and day-to-day business activities. She plays a key role in planning and guiding new developments, ensuring each project is strategically aligned with market demands and company goals.
